Website
This small, nicely decorated (golden walls, Asian statuary, simple wooden tables and chairs) restaurant offers freshly prepared Burmese and Thai specialties. On the Burmese menu, you'll find excellent fried shrimp cakes, samusa soup, tea leaf salad, Indian-influenced biryanis, Burmese curries featuring every kind of protein, and less-familiar dishes such as pumpkin pork stew and spicy bitter gourds with shrimp. The Thai menu includes more familiar and well-prepared Thai dishes such as tom yum and tom kha soups, larb, papaya salad, and an array of stir-fries. - Meredith Brody
